The Foam Sacks we sell are all made at our facility with materials manufactured here. When it comes to acquiring raw materials, our buying power and large warehousing facility allows us to receive distributor rates. Cutting out the middle man means huge savings for customers like you. The Foam Factory does this with nearly all of our product offerings.
Great Quality products start with great quality materials. Our Foam Sacks are filled with shredded foam. This foam is new, has good consistency and is pure. The filling itself is a high grade foam which means it is resilient and can easily be fluffed as necessary. All Foam Sacks come with an inner liner and available outer fabric cover. These fabrics are selected because of their durability and tenacity to last for years of continued use. Each cover is sewn at our facility by employees with many years of experience. These covers are checked before they are sent along into the next stage of the construction process.
The foam is made in the USA and shredded at our facility. The covers are sewn together at our facility. Lastly, the foam sacks are stuffed and covered at our facility. The Foam Factory’s facility is located in Michigan, USA.
